Securities Depository

FNS performs deposit and re-deposit customer’s securities at VSD (Vietnam Securities Depository). Securities Depository Service includes the following activities:

• Deposit/withdraw securities (share certificate)

• Support transferring securities.

• Pledge and release mortgage securities.

• Perform rights relating to listed securities: Right to receive bond principal/interest, right to receive cash/stock/bonus stock dividends, right to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders, right to buy additional issued securities, stock exchange right, convertible right for convertible bonds.

• Securities transfer: give/donate/inherit.

• Transfer unlisted public securities.

• Adjust customer information.
